Hey bro, so a vitamin C "overdose" (keyword) is when you take more than the recommended amount (per weight and height, and sex) for a long period of time. So if you do your research and take a normal amount of vitamin C with respect to your own characteristics, you will be completely fine. But the actual bacterial strains in the pill get in your gut and start working around 4-12 hours after taking it.
