no bro I wouldn't, over the years is not what kills you, its the fucking heroin, i believe with every molecule if you take d3 every day f your life you will be completely fine you iqlet. no one here is over dosing on vitamins dumbass
ever heard of a vitamin C overdose? thats just one example, you can very well over dose on anything lad, you can overdose on water, its called water poisoning, become competent even at a basic level in biology & chemistry before suggesting any sort of pharmaceutical consumption to people.

You keep saying iqlet but you're the person saying a whole lot of yap with no actual substance behind it.

since i'm the iqlet, can you tell me the time it takes after taking the pill for the pre+post biotic to bind with the bacteria in the gut allowing it to balance out, and how does this specific supplementation benefit the skins barrier, what causes this aid in skin quality to occur?

Hey bro, so a vitamin C "overdose" (keyword) is when you take more than the recommended amount (per weight and height, and sex) for a long period of time. So if you do your research and take a normal amount of vitamin C with respect to your own characteristics, you will be completely fine. I don't know why you are trying to fear-monger vitamins on here. Really weird. Also, I've linked multiple studies here that you are free to fact-check and study. Not sure what you mean by no actual substance, considering I've linked multiple studies, yet you have none.

So let me tell you how a post and prebiotic works and how it helps the skin with inflammation.

With today's modern diet, many people are missing healthy bacteria in their gut. This explains why some people can go to foreign countries and eat new food and have barely any side effects, while some people shit for 2 weeks straight and take forever to adjust or recover.

So, in my specific post-biotic (Physicians' choice) (I linked the Amazon link earlier in my op if you wish to fact check), it contains 10 different strains of bacteria. Let me show you which ones
1764804077457.png
. As you can see, all the different bacterial strains their. Now I am going to tell you what they do.

I'm also going to assume you mispoke, because the bacteria doesn't bind to anything in the supplement JFL; they just start being fermented by the good bacteria, basically, the gut bacteria eats/feeds on it. I'm guessing you meant how long it takes to see results from consistent use, so it's going to be around 4-8 weeks. But the actual bacterial strains in the pill get in your gut and start working around 4-12 hours after taking it.

Now let me tell you how it helps with skin. When your gut feeds off the new strains. They produce butyrate, acetate, and propionate. These lower inflammation. Less inflammation=better and clamer skin. Also, the postbiotics tighten the gut lining, which prevents endotoxins and inflammatory molecules from leaking into the blood. When your gut barrier is strong, you will have less inflammation in your whole body, fewer breakouts and irritation, and a stronger skin barrier.

Also, they tell your body to boost ceramide synthesis, ceramides make up a major component of your skin barrier, which means your skin holds more moisture, is smoother, and stronger skin barrier. Also, a healthier gut means better hormones and immune signaling. This means more stable sebum levels. You remember how in movies, when a kid had acne, the mom would always say, It's hormones? Better hormones mean less clogged pores, less inflammation, and better skin. They also activate T-regulatory cells (Tregs), which help with the inflammation.

It will be interesting to hear your refutation of this

surgery, makeup, frauding
definitely not fucking vitamin pills
And you think surgery is safer than vitamins? No hate here, but you listed the only reason you wouldn't take these is that you believe they are somehow dangerous, JFL. A double jaw surgery is 10x more likely to kill you or deform you in some way than fucking vitamins.

But sure, bro, surgery is safer.

I'm not denying the importance of hardmaxxing, I think it's the end goal here, but supplements are not dangerous dude. And it's definitely a way to get a leg up. You think 99% of the pop is doing this to have god tier skin??

You are kidding yourself with coping

If you truly have stubborn acne and bad skin genetics, no wash or moisturiser is going to save you

You need pharmaceutical intervention.

Let's start with the basic supplements you should be taking.

Zinc (25-30mg) every other day or daily with copper. The reason to take zinc is that it regulates oil production, reduces inflammation, supports skin healing, and boosts immunity. It also reduces inflammation

You NEED to be taking 4-6g of MSM. MSM, otherwise known as (Methylsulfonylmethane) is a sulfur-containing compound. This is a very crucial supplement in regulating inflammation. YOU MUST TAKE THIS
Pre+Post biotic: The brand doesn't matter; I take Physicians' Choice (a bit pricey), you need to fix your gut. What you eat shows, pre and post will nourish beneficial bacteria and strengthen the skin's barrier function.
Magnesium Glycinate + Melatonin + L-theanine (Ashwaganda is cope). Good sleep is ver,y very important for skin. SO you need to be sleepmaxxing. You can also get nose strips for like $30 bulk on ebay for 300. Mouth tape you can use any tape. DO not mess up this part. 8 hours of quality sleep will do you wonders.
Vitamin D3: Reduces inflamation (Source) (https://www.healthline.com/health/vitamin-d-for-acne) (Should be taken with K2 and calcium)

Cardio: This is actually skin care, as you cut you will get clearer skin (Source) (https://www.puremedicalspa.us/the-connection-between-weight-loss-skin-health/)

Hair band: If you have hair on your forhead, consider sleeping with this to atleast have hair off your forhead for 8 hours

GHK-CU: You should be cycling this peptide, at least 5 days on 2 days off. Guides to pin and source this are already on the forum, and I will not link it here for you iqlets.
Accutane (ISOTRET): This is the most fear-mongered acne solution ever. This is literally the solution in a pill. 10mg of Accutane has been shown to have very, ver,y very minimal sides while still reducing sebuma n oil production by 40%, while shrinking pores and nose. Also, combined with this stack, the GHK will help speed up the recovery of accutane, including purging if any, and the pre and post will reduce sides such as dryness and inflammation (again, if any since such a low doseage) (source) (https://acne.org.au/2025/01/probiotics-proven-to-be-great-treatment-support-for-those-on-vitamin-a/)
Some other basics include atleast 2L of water and clean sheets and pillows, I assume you are already doing this. Do not touch your skin.
Try not to stress, life is worth living, acne will pass, things get better.
Thanks for reading Bhais.
nice thread brah

i never had problems with vitamins, and i knew you were cooked from the beginning when you said ashwagandha was cope

thing is you're advising that this is the way to get clear skin when 75% of people won't even react to half of the supplements you suggested

skincare is tailored to each individual, there's no end all be all like you're making it seem like, you don't know who actually needs zinc and who doesn't until you sit down and have a consultation with them.

you don't know about skinmaxxing, maybe for yourself you do, but you are in no way shape or form in a position to provide advice to others, and this thread has proved that, exposing your sheer lack of intelligence

?? 'm still in school. I went to sleep, went to school, came back, did homework, and replied to you. Yes I was offline, that does not mean I was doing my research for the first time. I had done this research previously, hence why I made the thread. And i responded to all of your questions, simply trying to explain to you why pre and post biotics work.

I can guarantee you that most people are deficient in zinc. No, I do not need to sit down and inspect each person. The only reason I claimed ashwaganda was cope was because long term sides (past 3 month mark) are unknow. JFL. Who takes something not knowing what happens past the 90 day mark?

I agree that yes skincare can be different for each person, but im not recommending skincare products. IM recommnding vitamins. Everyone needs vitamins. Not everyone has the same skin but everyones bodys needs the same micronutrients.
