I'm looking for african tribes with the most successful spell-casting, more specifically destructive magic. I've looked into the Makonde's uwavi wa kubyaa, but not found any conclusive practice. Can anyone refer me to a practitioner of sorcery? I'm interested in pacifying some enemies via esoteric means, the supernatural weaponry is untapped by the modern world, witchcraft will be my greatest attribute once mastered. Divination may also come in handy too, but I've heard abuse can poison one's soul. Ah, and I've been rasing a herd of goats for blood-sacrifice, if it's of any relevancy. I'd appreciate any input
we wuz sorcerers and shiet

how do I target my lower chest and shoulders(framemaxx)
1. get very strong in a shoulder press variation (my gym has a 2 in 1 chest press AND shoulder press)
i like machine for stability, but plates and dumbbells are good too and don’t affect it much

2. get very good in lateral raise variation (same applies here, doesn’t matter if it’s machine, barbell, etc ) i personally use a machine though

3. upper back row

4. most people naturally get a big lower chest just from doing chest machines, after some time you’ll see that it’s actually your upper chest which gets underdeveloped.

5. train upper chest as when u do that you will inherently still train lower chest
