there was a girl, i loved her more than anything, but its been more than 1 year since we broke up but still i cant get over her, i need serious help, ever since i cant find any girls attractive or beautiful and i rejected some girls just because i couldnt get over her, i always suffer when im alone bc i always think of her and times when i was happy, is there anything i can do to get her out of my head or should i text her? im stuck , if someone have been in similar situation as me pls tell me what to do.

you don't do anything with your life which is why you keep thinking about her, start becoming productive, and if you're in school or environments where you're around her then leave those environments, if she's your neighbour or some shit then yeh you're fucked theres not much you can do, just do drugs in a good way to try and stop the thoughts, and focus on ascension, BE PRODUCTIVE. DO SHIT. Research traumatic escape avenues, whether thats this forum, or other things, and good luck.
