Personality is mostly genetic
and children are literally selfish, their empathy is underdeveloped
This is true, some people are just born with mental conditions that cause them to act immoral. They can't control that. Also kids are mean bro 😭

Toddlers yes, they don't give a shit about the people they know, but with strangers they seem to be quiet and stop being mischievous. But pre-toddlers (idk the term) don't seem to be hateful and are curious about the world. ( Speaking from my experience from what Ive seen)
a “pre-toddler” is a baby

What's your opinion on people with mental disorders that do immoral things due to their disorder? Do they deserve love? Do you think they can change?

nobody is automatically deserving of love even if they suffer. if they're able to rationally think then yes, they can change since mental disorders are a spectrum

Is it immoral to place love for others over yourself?

If you want to be loved, do you think you should correct your flaws (not physical) to deserve it, or do you think you inherently deserve love?

Do you help others out of virtue? Or to gain moral credit over yourself, where doing good deeds is a token, if you will, to later on use as a justification or excuse to do bad? (i.e., helping an old lady cross the street and later on insulting someone, using the good deeds as a merit, to condone what you've done)

How can someone be deserving of love if their behavior is viewed as immoral, even if their environment made them believe in the justification of their immoral behavior?
