I take a magnesium Suplment and I drink chamomile or valerian root tea before I go to sleep I would recommend chamomile over valerian root because its better for you and it lowers stress hormone
Good gooning sesh in but don't do it on your bed so it wont be sweaty and uncomfortable to sleep in and turn off all the lights and empty your mind imagine the strong GH boost

Drink milk (preferably raw) and make sure to go to sleep at a reasonable time so that u arent sleep deprived. As for falling asleep, u could work out or do something that makes u tired.

Black out room while sleeping take melatonin 0,5-1,5 g,ashwaganda quiet room if u cant have a quiet room white noise no screens before sleep or use night mode if u have to use ur phone
