First thing, your neck posture is horrendous, you need to correct that ASAP, it also looks hwve you have excess BF so not just cal deficit but also incorporate strength training to boost extra test and muscle, maxilla is recessed asf, low hyoid, I csn guarantee you your whole tongue isn’t sitting at the roof of your mouth (may be an obstruction thing) just stop the front third collapsing to the bottom pallete, honestly if you go to the gym it requires you to have good posture to a certain degree so just try because there’s quite a few issues

And be brutally honest I need a place to start could any1 link me some tutorials
just lik do the deficit gym and weights and build calmer discipline,
you could also expand your palate by thumbpulling properly and shit. Along with that keep up proper oral posture chewing and swallowing habits. and do full body posture work dont only gym bro maxx out- focus on fascia to id say

your like alright focus on one thing at once lol and dont overexersise you dont wana end up with reds trust me

-and for bonesmashing its okay for adaptation in theory but over time id worry about braindamage because blunt force like that is tramatic youll feel that shit at lik 50 not now tho .

for righ now just focus on the cut and posture thats enough work. you seem distressed about this and that wont help long term esp if you push wayy too much, if your the type to go all out take ur 100% and stop at 80% ykwim
