i have a 1.1x mouth width to nose ratio and i wanna try doing it at home before committing to a lateral commissuroplasty. Is there any solutions? (Ik lateral commissuroplasties are not cosmetic but I can just try and lie about speech issues)

Is it just a narrow mouth or wide nose

I think you can cut your mouth corners or use those mouth widening bars not sure if it works tho or if its dangerous

ill look into the bars but if im cutting my mouth id rather get it done medically

Same issue except I have a slightly bulbous nose asw

My mouth to nose ratio is 1.15 brutal
