Ye ye ye,Mandy is back with another fucking guide. This time it’s not a simple aspect but rather everything you need to do so you can ascend. This will be purely based on my experience and what I exactly did. No raw meat cope,no facial exercise cope and generally no useless methods.
Enough needing to look at separate threads to get information,this will include all you need.

We will first start off with water information,the basics and then we will go more detailed into this matter.

The first foundation:Hair

Now when it comes to hair,it’s obvious that it matters and if you don’t think so then you’re a retard. Your hair frames your face no matter what,anyone looks better with longer hair. What kind of hair did I choose? My hair growth journey generally took 1.5 years with a few minor trims. Now I took inspiration from Richard Ramirez,in my opinion he has the best hair and if you have dark wavy hair it’s the ideal,especially when your pheno is similar to him like me.
What I did:
-Make sure all sides of your hair is the same length, slightly longer on the back
-Regular minor trims and basic layering to prevent your hair from looking “basic”
-T3 to support hair growth and health,including biotin
-Keratin Gel while showering to prevent damage and support follicular base.
Eyebrows and eyelashes:

when it comes to maximizing your eyelashes and eyebrows,ignore the castor oil cope. There’s barely any support it terms of proving that castor oil is the most effective. So you want to stick to the simple Minoxidil. The concentration is non to my care,you can get 2.5%,4%,5% or even 8% but I usually just use the regular 5%. Now minoxidil takes 4-6 months to visibly show a difference,for people who react well to it then it would rather be 2-4 months. Now how to apply on eyebrows is pretty simple and dosent need explanation,but you want empathize on the lateral side of the eyebrow. More eyebrow length=more striking. Now for eyelashes,you might ask: How can you apply topical minoxidil to your eyelashes,dosent that seem difficult? Well,here’s how:
Simple method: Apply minoxidil on your finger,lightly and carefully brush your finger with the minoxidil on the root of the y eyelashes. You don’t want to necessarily cause your eye to sting.
Slightly advanced method: Get a small brush for your eyelashes,apply minoxidil on the brush and basically do the same thing. The only difference is you’ll have better control.

Lips:

The lips are very simple to manage. Now naturally you can not add more tissue volume of your lips,but you can easily improve the color,quality and shine of them. Now many people don’t focus on their lips,simply because it seems “feminine” or “gay” but universally across both genders,full lips are attractive and therefore you must need to focus on them.
Components to improve your lips:
-Hyaluronic Acid,I barely see people use it on their lips.
-2-5 minutes scrub before applying anything (improves blood flow and redness,water).
-Retinol,not everyday use but it’s also something I consider important.
-Peppermint property lip solutions (gives you a temporary lip pump).

Skin:

Now this is also pretty simple but I’m willing to add in more details onto what you should actually need to do and what to not listen to others.
What you should do is: Accutane 10mg daily for 4 months if you have mild acne and your goal is mainly collagen synthesis. Now depending on how much acne you have you can generally increase the dose but you should generally be realistic and not surpass 40mg.
What you shouldn’t do is: GHK-CU,any topical agent with limited research on it.
You may be shocked as to why I’m saying GHK-CU shouldn’t be used,but you can check this thread out to understand why it is exactly COPE:

Supraorbital region:

The Supraorbital region can be changed via 2 methods: PDO threads,High androgen load.
Now let’s start off with PDO threads.

Now PDO threads are a difficult topic,since many are too high inhib to do them in the first place but I did it them. Now if you’re not scared,good for you since this is the depiction of where to insert the PDO threads.
Ideally you want to mono screw threads or just screw threads,these are optimal to stimulate new soft tissue growth. Some people have a good structural infraorbital area but not in terms of soft tissue composition. Ideally, 30g,50mm. The red dots are supposed to depict the entry point of the cannula,you want to make sure it goes subdermally so you don’t impose risks of hitting the supraorbital vein. How to know? If the needle glides through rather smoothly,then you know you did right. Struggle=wrong depth. Now more tutorials and details can be found on YouTube and more,clavicular had one but I think he deleted his channel.

With “high androgen load” of course this is water,but you need androgens to bring the supraorbital region fowards prominent,so you must read the roid part of this thread for that.

Infraorbital region:

The infraorbital region can be quiet complicated,you can either have an issue with soft tissue (mostly fat),a structural issue which causes general hollowness and also a discoloring issue. But I can help with all 3,some being more effective than others. My infras were structurally recessed so this is what I generally did.
Recessed structural infras: Generally this the hardest to fix,you mostly have to rely on adding more soft tissue. Generally infras develop via lateral maxillary development,the roid part of the thread would help. But generally what you can do is spam Hyaluronic acid and retinol locally on that area this way you’ll moisturize,hydrate and stimulate soft tissue in that area.
Soft tissue issues: It’s generally the same concept as to the structural one,spam Hyaluronic acid and retinol locally in the area. But in this case you’ll have a easier time fixing it
Discoloration: This is the easiest one to fix. Pull the skin of the infraorbital area downwards,if the discoloration gets pulled down with the skin it’s melanin. If it’s not following the skin it’s poor blood circulation. For melanin discoloration, use kojic acid for 2-4 weeks locally. For blood circulation discoloration,use a simple caffeinated serum.

Nose:

The nose is also changable,people think rhino is the only solution. And y’all must think I got rhino from the way my nose changed. No! Here’s how I got my nose to change without rhino!
First thing: Accutane reduces pore size and downregulates the sebaceous gland,the reduction of these will reduce any extra filling that could cause your nose to be unecessarily big.
Second thing: Hydrocortisone 1% once daily on the side of your nose daily for 2 weeks will induce skin atrophy,reducing the thickness of the nose around it.
Third thing: PDO threads can be very useful,depending on thread type you can define and even uplift the nose!

The most important aspect,literally. How will you grow taller? How will you achieve maximal genetic expression? ROIDS WILL SAVE YOU! THEY SAVED ME!
Roid stacks can depend with age and which stage of puberty you are in. But there are some roids and compounds that are literally non negotiable and if you want to start you must take them.
The Must! :
- 6-8IU of GH
- 15IU of Lantus Insulin
- 60mcg of T4
- 5-10mg of Oxandrolone (Anavar)

These are literally the complete ideal. These dosages are calculated by me so you don’t have any excess levels or to cause problems. Each compound has its own benefit and most of you know what GH does but let me explain what the rest does. Insulin, especially lantus will prevent high blood glucose levels and enhance IGF-1 bioavailablity and sensitize the liver to the GH you inject. T4 enhances T3 utilization,T3R sensitivity and also IGF-1 sensitivity in tissues,GH would simply lose half of its effectiveness without it. Oxandrolone also known as anavar at a low dose like this will activate the collagen matrix,a factor in height and bone growth no one talks about. Oxandrolone also literally increases maxillary density and size,hence why I said before the roid part will help your infras.

The ideal:
250mg of test P a week. You can generally avoid test especially when you’re like 13-15,but after that it’s ideal.

We will first start off with water information,the basics and then we will go more detailed into this matter.

The first foundation:Hair

Now when it comes to hair,it’s obvious that it matters and if you don’t think so then you’re a retard. Your hair frames your face no matter what,anyone looks better with longer hair. What kind of hair did I choose? My hair growth journey generally took 1.5 years with a few minor trims. Now I took inspiration from Richard Ramirez,in my opinion he has the best hair and if you have dark wavy hair it’s the ideal,especially when your pheno is similar to him like me.
What I did:
-Make sure all sides of your hair is the same length, slightly longer on the back
-Regular minor trims and basic layering to prevent your hair from looking “basic”
-T3 to support hair growth and health,including biotin
-Keratin Gel while showering to prevent damage and support follicular base.
Eyebrows and eyelashes:

when it comes to maximizing your eyelashes and eyebrows,ignore the castor oil cope. There’s barely any support it terms of proving that castor oil is the most effective. So you want to stick to the simple Minoxidil. The concentration is non to my care,you can get 2.5%,4%,5% or even 8% but I usually just use the regular 5%. Now minoxidil takes 4-6 months to visibly show a difference,for people who react well to it then it would rather be 2-4 months. Now how to apply on eyebrows is pretty simple and dosent need explanation,but you want empathize on the lateral side of the eyebrow. More eyebrow length=more striking. Now for eyelashes,you might ask: How can you apply topical minoxidil to your eyelashes,dosent that seem difficult? Well,here’s how:
Simple method: Apply minoxidil on your finger,lightly and carefully brush your finger with the minoxidil on the root of the y eyelashes. You don’t want to necessarily cause your eye to sting.
Slightly advanced method: Get a small brush for your eyelashes,apply minoxidil on the brush and basically do the same thing. The only difference is you’ll have better control.

Lips:

The lips are very simple to manage. Now naturally you can not add more tissue volume of your lips,but you can easily improve the color,quality and shine of them. Now many people don’t focus on their lips,simply because it seems “feminine” or “gay” but universally across both genders,full lips are attractive and therefore you must need to focus on them.
Components to improve your lips:
-Hyaluronic Acid,I barely see people use it on their lips.
-2-5 minutes scrub before applying anything (improves blood flow and redness,water).
-Retinol,not everyday use but it’s also something I consider important.
-Peppermint property lip solutions (gives you a temporary lip pump).

Skin:

Now this is also pretty simple but I’m willing to add in more details onto what you should actually need to do and what to not listen to others.
What you should do is: Accutane 10mg daily for 4 months if you have mild acne and your goal is mainly collagen synthesis. Now depending on how much acne you have you can generally increase the dose but you should generally be realistic and not surpass 40mg.
What you shouldn’t do is: GHK-CU,any topical agent with limited research on it.

The Supraorbital region can be changed via 2 methods: PDO threads,High androgen load.
Now let’s start off with PDO threads.

Now PDO threads are a difficult topic,since many are too high inhib to do them in the first place but I did it them. Now if you’re not scared,good for you since this is the depiction of where to insert the PDO threads.
Ideally you want to mono screw threads or just screw threads,these are optimal to stimulate new soft tissue growth. Some people have a good structural infraorbital area but not in terms of soft tissue composition. Ideally, 30g,50mm. The red dots are supposed to depict the entry point of the cannula,you want to make sure it goes subdermally so you don’t impose risks of hitting the supraorbital vein. How to know? If the needle glides through rather smoothly,then you know you did right. Struggle=wrong depth. Now more tutorials and details can be found on YouTube and more,clavicular had one but I think he deleted his channel.

With “high androgen load” of course this is water,but you need androgens to bring the supraorbital region fowards prominent,so you must read the roid part of this thread for that.

Infraorbital region:

The infraorbital region can be quiet complicated,you can either have an issue with soft tissue (mostly fat),a structural issue which causes general hollowness and also a discoloring issue. But I can help with all 3,some being more effective than others. My infras were structurally recessed so this is what I generally did.
Recessed structural infras: Generally this the hardest to fix,you mostly have to rely on adding more soft tissue. Generally infras develop via lateral maxillary development,the roid part of the thread would help. But generally what you can do is spam Hyaluronic acid and retinol locally on that area this way you’ll moisturize,hydrate and stimulate soft tissue in that area.
Soft tissue issues: It’s generally the same concept as to the structural one,spam Hyaluronic acid and retinol locally in the area. But in this case you’ll have a easier time fixing it
Discoloration: This is the easiest one to fix. Pull the skin of the infraorbital area downwards,if the discoloration gets pulled down with the skin it’s melanin. If it’s not following the skin it’s poor blood circulation. For melanin discoloration, use kojic acid for 2-4 weeks locally. For blood circulation discoloration,use a simple caffeinated serum.

Nose:

The nose is also changable,people think rhino is the only solution. And y’all must think I got rhino from the way my nose changed. No! Here’s how I got my nose to change without rhino!
First thing: Accutane reduces pore size and downregulates the sebaceous gland,the reduction of these will reduce any extra filling that could cause your nose to be unecessarily big.
Second thing: Hydrocortisone 1% once daily on the side of your nose daily for 2 weeks will induce skin atrophy,reducing the thickness of the nose around it.
Third thing: PDO threads can be very useful,depending on thread type you can define and even uplift the nose!

Generally infras develop via lateral maxillary development,the roid part of the thread would help. But generally what you can do is spam Hyaluronic acid and retinol locally on that area this way you’ll moisturize,hydrate and stimulate soft tissue in that area.

Discoloration: This is the easiest one to fix. Pull the skin of the infraorbital area downwards,if the discoloration gets pulled down with the skin it’s melanin. If it’s not following the skin it’s poor blood circulation. For melanin discoloration, use kojic acid for 2-4 weeks locally. For blood circulation discoloration,use a simple caffeinated serum.

Nose:

The nose is also changable,people think rhino is the only solution. And y’all must think I got rhino from the way my nose changed. No! Here’s how I got my nose to change without rhino!
First thing: Accutane reduces pore size and downregulates the sebaceous gland,the reduction of these will reduce any extra filling that could cause your nose to be unecessarily big.
Second thing: Hydrocortisone 1% once daily on the side of your nose daily for 2 weeks will induce skin atrophy,reducing the thickness of the nose around it.
Third thing: PDO threads can be very useful,depending on thread type you can define and even uplift the nose!

Roid stacks can depend with age and which stage of puberty you are in. But there are some roids and compounds that are literally non negotiable and if you want to start you must take them.
The Must! :
- 6-8IU of GH
- 15IU of Lantus Insulin
- 60mcg of T4
- 5-10mg of Oxandrolone (Anavar)

These are literally the complete ideal. These dosages are calculated by me so you don’t have any excess levels or to cause problems. Each compound has its own benefit and most of you know what GH does but let me explain what the rest does. Insulin, especially lantus will prevent high blood glucose levels and enhance IGF-1 bioavailablity and sensitize the liver to the GH you inject. T4 enhances T3 utilization,T3R sensitivity and also IGF-1 sensitivity in tissues,GH would simply lose half of its effectiveness without it. Oxandrolone also known as anavar at a low dose like this will activate the collagen matrix,a factor in height and bone growth no one talks about. Oxandrolone also literally increases maxillary density and size,hence why I said before the roid part will help your infras.

250mg of test P a week. You can generally avoid test especially when you’re like 13-15,but after that it’s ideal.

Makeup:

Makeup is also a good enhancer,yet you just want to add in small details rather than are relying on it a lot. Things such as a low saturated lipstick and light amount of mascara will also help you,these are things I use. And don’t come to me saying it’s fucking gay,makeup dosent determine attraction nigga.

Thanks to a fellow discord nigga who made this edit I’ll bless your heart bby. The first picture in the edit I was 15 years old this was summer 2024,my exact Tanner stage I couldn’t estimate but I’d say Tanner 4-5. The rest of the clips are recent of course,between October-December.
Enough talk,now I’ll show everything I’ve done. And of course I won’t be like that nigga nocturnal Kent to claim it was sugar or something.
We will first start off with water information,the basics and then we will go more detailed into this matter.

The first foundation:Hair

Now when it comes to hair,it’s obvious that it matters and if you don’t think so then you’re a retard. Your hair frames your face no matter what,anyone looks better with longer hair. What kind of hair did I choose? My hair growth journey generally took 1.5 years with a few minor trims. Now I took inspiration from Richard Ramirez,in my opinion he has the best hair and if you have dark wavy hair it’s the ideal,especially when your pheno is similar to him like me.
What I did:
-Make sure all sides of your hair is the same length, slightly longer on the back
-Regular minor trims and basic layering to prevent your hair from looking “basic”
-T3 to support hair growth and health,including biotin
-Keratin Gel while showering to prevent damage and support follicular base.
Eyebrows and eyelashes:

when it comes to maximizing your eyelashes and eyebrows,ignore the castor oil cope. There’s barely any support it terms of proving that castor oil is the most effective. So you want to stick to the simple Minoxidil. The concentration is non to my care,you can get 2.5%,4%,5% or even 8% but I usually just use the regular 5%. Now minoxidil takes 4-6 months to visibly show a difference,for people who react well to it then it would rather be 2-4 months. Now how to apply on eyebrows is pretty simple and dosent need explanation,but you want empathize on the lateral side of the eyebrow. More eyebrow length=more striking. Now for eyelashes,you might ask: How can you apply topical minoxidil to your eyelashes,dosent that seem difficult? Well,here’s how:
Simple method: Apply minoxidil on your finger,lightly and carefully brush your finger with the minoxidil on the root of the y eyelashes. You don’t want to necessarily cause your eye to sting.
Slightly advanced method: Get a small brush for your eyelashes,apply minoxidil on the brush and basically do the same thing. The only difference is you’ll have better control.

Lips:

The lips are very simple to manage. Now naturally you can not add more tissue volume of your lips,but you can easily improve the color,quality and shine of them. Now many people don’t focus on their lips,simply because it seems “feminine” or “gay” but universally across both genders,full lips are attractive and therefore you must need to focus on them.
Components to improve your lips:
-Hyaluronic Acid,I barely see people use it on their lips.
-2-5 minutes scrub before applying anything (improves blood flow and redness,water).
-Retinol,not everyday use but it’s also something I consider important.
-Peppermint property lip solutions (gives you a temporary lip pump).

Skin:

Now this is also pretty simple but I’m willing to add in more details onto what you should actually need to do and what to not listen to others.
What you should do is: Accutane 10mg daily for 4 months if you have mild acne and your goal is mainly collagen synthesis. Now depending on how much acne you have you can generally increase the dose but you should generally be realistic and not surpass 40mg.
What you shouldn’t do is: GHK-CU,any topical agent with limited research on it.
