i do just wanna clarify for the goyim, pan-fgfr inhibitions toxicities isnt just a result of them not being selective to fgfr3 alone
an fgfr3 only inhibitor will still have toxicity issues related to where fgfr3 is expressed, which iirc is most important in hair, skin, nails, eyes, and the mouth, so dont think of it as a side effect free pill, other than that good thread

also unrelated but jfl at niggas who used to fast for the gh levels, food restriction upregulates fgf21 which is an endocrine hormone that inhibits bone growth by antagonising the effects of gh

i cant imagine that would be good for performance inanything but i could see how eye issues could diminish performance

drug itself is promising, but i believe mogged by tyra since tyra is actually being looked into for achondroplasia, nedds a smaller dose, and only needs dosing once daily
combine that with a selectice pde3b inhibitor (quite literally impossible to find, so niche a lot of them dont have cas numbers yet) and you have oral vosoritide
