As most of you know your GH levels rise after a workout.
What if you Applied stress by chewing tough food Directly after your workout, in that State of higher GH?
Would it cause better Bonegrowth?
Or am i just retarded?

Gh spikes after workouts are too transient to “stack” with chewing stress.
Chewing tough food after a workout won’t increase jaw or bone growth, even though the theory sounds kinda logical.
