gym is easy, just find a split that works, (i like chest/shoulders, back/shoulders, arms/shoulders, legs) train each head of the muscle group for abt 3-4 sets in 6-10 rep range, progresively overload and u will get big

i was gonna write one but theres already a good one. FBEOD is king but you can fuck it up really bad if you dont know how to program, UL 2x is easier to program and you still gonna make incredible gains
