start with 3 times a week to be easier to start cuz if you get muscle pain on ur neck it will be bad so start with 3 then move to like 5 or 6 times a wwk as time goes on and do progressive overload its a muscle like anyother at the endalr. ill start to. u think also in a style of progressive overload and do it like 2-3x per week, or more frequent?
